What is held, and how to have it removed.

In force from 18 October 2026.

Assay Systems is a registered business name in Ontario, Canada. Write to contact@assay-systems.com about anything on this page.

What is collected

The site runs no advertising and no third-party trackers. The fonts are served from this same domain.

Names in the register

The register republishes the names of suppliers, buyers and recipients as the official registers publish them. Grants and contributions to private individuals are counted, and the individuals are not named. A person named on a page may write to contact@assay-systems.com; the page is checked against its source register, and a name that the source does not support is removed.

Why it is held

To answer messages, to issue and run API keys, to process support payments, and to keep the list of addresses that asked for messages to stop.

How to stop messages

Write to contact@assay-systems.com. The address is removed from every list the same day, and the removal is confirmed in writing. The address itself stays on a do-not-contact list for good: it is the only way to guarantee that it is not written to again.

How long the rest is kept

Who else sees it

Nothing held is sold or traded. Three suppliers handle it on behalf of Assay Systems, and only to do the job they are paid for. Cloudflare serves this site, carries the forms and stores the keys. Resend delivers the email. Stripe processes card payments. Nothing is disclosed to anyone else unless a Canadian court orders it. If that happens, the person concerned is told, unless the order forbids it.

What can be demanded

A written request to contact@assay-systems.com obtains, without charge, a copy of everything held about the requester, a correction of anything wrong in it, or its deletion. The answer comes in writing within thirty days. If the answer does not satisfy the requester, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints about Assay Systems directly.
